I need help finding a high watt aquarium light

Anyone has a spare Co2 system they wanna let me borrow? :evil_lol:

I'm not sure if it has 2 switches? I was thinking maybe I could take one of the bulbs out if it would work like that or if it needs 2 to run?

I'm going to hang the light from the ceiling, it's 6" longer than my tank..

I'm going to be getting a 40 gallon Black Silicone tank later on down the road and this would be a perfect light for it, with that I will have pressurized Co2

I would like to get such fast growth I will be able to sell some of my plants for some CA$H to help pay the power bill :eek3:

I'm slowly piecing my tank together :)

thats a lot of light. i would get pressurized co2 its the only way you have a chance to get a stable tank. if not try 2 bulbs for 6 hours and the other 2 bulbs 6 hours on for a total time of 10 hours. i am unsure whats wrong with the 65w over a 29 gal.

Ok, I just read in my DrsFosterSmith catalog it does have 2 switches, I was looking online and I didn't see it mentioned so I wasn't sure.

I will try the two 6 hours cycles on the bulbs as you mentioned.

I want more than the 65 watts because I got more light demanding plants.
I like the option to be able to get any type of plant I want and always have enough light.
