I need help for my arowana

My arowana's bottom fin has been damaged after jumped out the tank. I don't know wat to do now. The fish seem to be scared and didn't even move when the light is on, its stayed @ the bottom. I don't know wat to do now. Take a look @ the damaged fin and please advice me. Thank you

It looks like some of the anterior rays have been sheared off where they insert into the body. For now I would just leave it be and keep an eye out for secondary infection.
