Here is what to do. If no asigned seating sit behind her, ask her once to stop. If she doesn't, Brandish a mini air horn, Without her knowledge and blow her ears out. Simple. Ans yes i would do that. Air horns are fun to play with.:headbang2:
My pet peeve is at work.:wall: I work in a factory so it is load in there. People bring in radios and play them as loader than they can stand it. I hate working across for them. :wall:I sometimes ask them to turn it down but through out the course of a 10 hour day it seems to find it way back up. Most of the music i like but some is gangster rap or country.:wall: Neither i like. It would be better if most people in the plant would have enough consideration to turn it down.:wall: I usually don't like to fight fire with fire but i had to when i got on a job for a while.:wall: (I jump from job to job everyday.) I like electronic music so i found the worst trance music i could and played it for him.:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall: Turns out i kinda took a liken to it.
we couldnt chew gum or post on AC in class. my pet peeves are ppl totally ignoring signs! turn signals stop signs red lights green lights that sign you just walked passed that says DO NOT ENTER EMPLOYEES ONLY! or OFFICE OVER THERE-------------->>> ok i need my pills now

Soul brother! Gum popping/cracking drives me nuts. Other pet peeves:
- Chewing with the mouth open. I do not need to see the masticated lettuce and bleu cheese dressing, thank you. :barf:
- Talking with food in one's mouth. Nor do I need to dodge spit bits of food while you try to speak.
- Using a cell phone while driving. This really annoys me. :angryfire:

But today, you might get sued for banning "personal expression of gum chewing"...
I'm sure someone's rights have been violated here.

When I went back to college a few years ago my number one pet peeve were people that used lecture hall classes as a place to socialize. They'd bring in their frapuccinos, snacks in wrappers that made the worst noise, and proceed to chat away. With one set of repeat offenders I finally turned around and told them if they didn't care to hear the lecture they were free to use the common area in the lobby but the rest of us wished to get our monies worth. People actually clapped. Turned out it wasn't just me they were annoying.

Popping bubblegum? I get annoyed by that. So does talking while your mouth is full of foods.:shakehead:
My pet peeves are:
1. people who twitch, as in, constantly blinking or moving their face (there's a girl in some of my classes that does that, it's like a nervous thing, it's so durn annoying)
2. people CONSTANTLY laughing at everything.
3. people who cough on me and my stuff
and I'm contantly caught twitching, as in, moving me feet, pencil, etc. i do as much as possible in class... it helps the time go by...
