Thank you soooo much. That $99 sounds much better now I can upgrade to a 75 gal tank. Now I need ya'll to help me make a decision.
With a 75 gal tank should I get:
- Rena XP3 (up to 175 gals)
- Fluval 404 (up to a 100 gal)
- Penn Plax Cascade 1200 (up to 150 gal)

Before you answer, I need optimal filteration with very low and easy maintenance. I do not know a whole lot about these filters and I need one that is user friendly. My local LPS guy says the Cascade way outdoes the others and has low maintenance. What is your opinion?
All imput would be greatly appriciated.

Get the Eheim 2217, its the Rolls Royce of Filters. I use one on the 75G, it is whisper quiet and water is crystal clear. They are supposed to last longer than you and I.
