they are definitely two different pictures. look at the door in the first picture, how the edge of the door doesn't touch the edge of the pic, then look at the second pic, the pic cuts the door out of the shot
although it still doesn't rule out the photo shopping theory... i think ill join you with that theory!

I don't think this is a photoshop gag, looks like a redo of the entire wall. The work looks good, but the loss of the tank is a real shame. That looked awesome there, very well manicured and cared for. Tragedy...
