I think it's cycled

I'm setting up a ten gallon aquarium for my ember tetras that are currently in a way overstocked 5 gallon (darn guppies...). The five gallon has been set up for about 6 months, and is well established--even with the six ember tetras, one adult female guppy, and somewhere between 30 and 40 guppy fry (ranging from born yesterday to 3 or 4 months old) I hardly ever see any ammonia.

When I set up the ten gallon about a week and a half ago, I put about six of the older guppies to cycle the tank. After a couple days I realised I could seed the new tank (doh! why it took that long for me to think of it, since I knew it was an option). I think the tank is cycled now, but since I am somewhat new to this, I'm not sure.

So, here are the readings for the past seven days (most are only ammonia, since I ran out of the other tests and replaced them today):
1-13 Ammonia-1.0 (added gravel from other tank)
1-14 Ammonia-.25
1-15 Ammonia-0
1-16 Ammonia-.25 (maybe yesterday's test wasn't accurate...); Nitrite-.5; Nitrate-20
1-17 Ammonia-0
1-18 Ammonia-0
1-19 Ammonia-0; Nitrite-0; Nitrate-25

So, is it cycled? Is it safe to put my tetras in there now?

Removing them. I'm going to put the tetras in there by themselves, maybe add some pygmy cories (if I can find them) later on.
