Too late now! Try daily water changes to keep the ammonia at zero. If the problems persist, or develop any further, start adding melafix to your tank according to the instructions on the label. It's basicly tea tree oil, and it promotes healing very well in plecs.
I went through a fishy cycle last June through ignorance rather than intention, and my sailfin plec and 4 Corydoras sterbai all survived it (though I'm NOT suggesting they're suitable candidates for cycling tanks or that there's definitely no damage to them as a result), but I was doing daily 60% water changes (with dechlorinated water) for 5 weeks. I'm having to do the same in my baby bristlenose tank as (despite an established filter) they just create so much mess!
I am cycled now ( I was coming through it the past few weeks). 0 nitrites, 0 ammonia, nitrates are now between 5&10. Possibly its due to the cycling...but its rather bizarre IMO.
The water is still hard and PH is 8.0
Attached is a pic...sorry if it stinks, my camera doesn't like the glass.
