I thought I had seen it all

How are you supposed to be able to clean all of the gravel in that thing? There isn't even any filtration on it... and you'd never be able to get the fish out of there, because its only got 2 tiny *** access ports. (I'm not even going to go into the gas exchange issue) People are taking the novelty of fish keeping too far... and should be beaten with a burning 2x4 until accepting that they're wrong.

I completely agree with the ppl needing to accept. I almost battled it out with my aunt, the top of the sink comes off and it can be cleaned and there are actually air intake and outtakes, but I still was so mad at her...and to make things worse, she put it in the downstairs bathroom of her Victorian style mansion...

These are some odd fish habitats, I'll give you that- but none compare to an idea that I've been kicking around for the past couple of years- The aquarium/waterbed. But in all seriousness, they're all terrible enviroments for anything.

hey, i dont know about you folks but i like to have company while takin a dookie =P

and i thought the fish tank coffee table was tacky...

Sepaking of water changes, seeing as how I'm doing one right now on my 55 and about to move to the 10, how do you all do water changes on tanks with fry in them? Last time I decided to put a brine net over the intake to the siphon and that worked great... but what if I want to siphon the gravel? I think I managed to lose one or two ghost shrimp just by siphoning the gravel in my 10g about a month ago...

The problem I think I'd have with the toilet fish tank is heating. With all that water being exchanged constantly, how would you keep the fish from freezing? (yes I know, the fish water doesn't change but i'd imagine that the inner tube cold water would affect their temp too)
