I really do not want to bye new fixtures. But i will if ness
I have a 100gal and 4 18" floral lights,they are the ones with
to prongs and twist in.15W. Do they make a light that fits in to
that type of fixture?if so can you tell me what to buy.

The maximum powered tube for an 18 inch fixture is 15W. You will need brand new fixtures to do live plants in a 100 gallon tank.

It looks like you might want to check out ahsupply.com for a compact lighting kit. I need to get one too. I e-mailed the site and asked what would fit in my current hood and I got a response back within a day. Just give them your dimensions of the hood and they will recommend something that will work for you.
