I just want to say thanks to all the guys and gals who are out there sharing valuable info on the forums. ya'll have been a great help...............i had my fish a month at the youngest , 4 at the oldest and ich just appeared one day. nitrates have never been above 7.5 and the amm and nitrite zero temp steady at 76, ph at 8.4. where could this have come from. i lost my clown and now a damsel looks pretty infested. all i've heard to treat with is garlic and Rxp. just fish, hermits, some liittle crab off the beach, lr and feather dusters in aquarium( oh yeah unidentified anenmoe) any who 55 gallon. what to do?

Just so happens I am treatingfor ich in my reef for the first time in my life. So far I would recomend the Kent RxP. It does seem to curb the apetite so I have been using garlic during feedings. Im not sure if there is any medicinal benefit to the garlic but I can say that either by soaking the food in it or just adding the drops o the water the fish seem to feed better.

I would reccomend dripping the RxP dose in over atleast 1 hour though to go easy on the inverts. Also pay close attention to your skimmer it does affect the skiming. Hope this helps.
