Anyone ever see one o these? The blue things surrounded by off white skin/skeleton. sorry about the blurry picture. the blue parts open and close sometimes.

We definitely need a closer picture. If I were to take a wild stab at it, I'd say that it is a colonial tunicate, judging from the fissure like valleys in it.
