First of it has been almost a year and three months since I posted on here. Baby boy will do that to you:). Well any way i've recently moved some of my rock around in an attempt to disturb the territorial boundries of my tomato clown. Just added a false percula to the tank about 2 weeks ago(and yes, so far the two different clowns seem fine together.). After moving the rocks i saw these things

Sorry about the fuzzy pics. the pink thing seems to be alive. kinda looks like poris coraline with a thin clear membrane that has what appears to be a mouth of some sort.
The other things are the white cocoon looking thing that are starting up again. These seem to start of the form of a volcano, then turn in to the cocoon shape. had em awhile back then went away. any ideas on either?

and the other thing. why is my tomato trying to kill my emeralds. i just witnessed him pick one up and basicly attack him. reef safe? or is he just being territorial?
thanks in advance:)

I've looked at this thread a couple of times, even went out and looked at some stuff but quite honestly I'm not sure. The white snake/little round oval things are Spirorbid worms which are just a filter feeder.

The other clearish stuff could be some sort of sponge but like I said I'm not certain as I've never seen a sponge have a mouth like you described.

the spiral worms i've known about. the thing i'm talking about is in the second pic right above the purple thing. reminds me of wet a cotton ball in texture. has a volcano like appearence.

the purple thing has also appeared to close? the pores i described above seemed to close for a little. then opened back up.

yep. can't get my camera to focus good enough. well any ideas on the actions of my tomato. i'd like to beef up my clean up crew, but i'd rather not if he is going to attack all of the inverts. any advice? right now all i have is 2 emeralds. had a bunch of hermits and snails. the hermits slowly disappeared(clown?). the snails died off after a crash in my tank a couple of months after my son was born. it was hard to keep up with the tank with a newborn who did not sleep at night and 2 jobs on top of that . hit a rough period. right now i'm trying to play catch up, algea and such.
