looks like an unhappy lta or bubble tip nem to me...could be a sun bubble tip like mine they dont really bubble has similar colors too.

well it should be on rock and also its not fully extended.

The LFS said and priced it as a LTA, but one ppl from this forum has the same ane. as mine (looks exactly the same, forgotten which post) and he mentioned that it is a "sand ane."

I never manage to let it attaches to rock inside my tank since there are corals everywhere and now I somehow barricaded it on sand in the middle of the tank so that it wouldn't blow away by water current and land on corals.

i would say lta...and its going to be unhappy as it cannot move anywhere to find a position that it likes...you may need to just let it go and see where it settles at...its would be better to move a coral, than have the nem go bad...

if its not attached down then move it near a rock and decrease ur flow until it attaches.
