ID Please

So I was at the LFS today and was looking at their planted tanks. They had a moss looking plant that was so green and so pretty I decided I wanted some. Picked up some from them and im just curious what it is.

Looks like Riccia fluitans (floating liverwort). Is it attached to something?

They have it attached to a small piece of slate. Theirs looked like it was growing from substrate and slate rocks. I think theirs all grown in looked incredible. If I wanted it to grow it out so I can attach it to something else what would be the best way?

Cool. Left to its own devices it will form little floating clumps. It should spread and divide for you, provided plenty of light.
