Hi all,

My sis was recently snorkelling in Punta Cana when she encountered this lovely round creature....Can someone please tell me what this is?

(I know it is not the best pic)

brain coral or maze coral
 
It was an actual animal that poppoed out of the coral when she was close. not something floating or rooted to the coral.
 
Maybe some kind of Frogfish?
 
I think its a MORAY eel of some sort (Could be way off!)
 
Telangiectasius hemangiomatus, very rare....
























Just kidding. :evil_lol: I haven't got a clue.
 
So no one thinks that this is a mustard yellow eel of some sort?
