Close enough, Chill; it's a male rainbow darter (Etheostoma caeruleum), just not showing his nuptial colors full strength. The first picture is indeed fish!

Go ahead and post yours, Chill. I don't want to hold the game up. But I'd still like to see if anyone can get the fish in pic 1.

I'm going to go look that up...but no, no it isn't.

*EDIT* Just looked it up. Good guess, but that's not it. It's a freshwater fish, if that helps.
