id this fish please

it could be either one, my LFS gets trimacs mized in with FH all the time, and they both look completely different with the FH's having more color to them, in the LFS that is..

heres a picture of a juvi FH and a juvi trimac, i got these two from a specialty breeder here in NYC, i sold both of them, but i really regret selling that FH..

Dude, that was a really nice FH juvi! Sometimes hormones are used to give them more intense coloring as juvies, but even still, if that pic was an indication of adulthood, that would've been a gorgeous FH.

I know about selling/giving away fish and regretting it...

i know the guy i got those two from personally, no hormones in his fish

i seriously miss this fish, but it had to go as i didnt have enough tank space for him, the price i got him at was incredible, i wish i had an extra tank to keep him in at the time, i wonder what he would look like right about now hmm
