I don't believe it's a ghost shrimp cause it doesn't look like the other ones I have. Also the second pic shows how cloudy my water is. I have tried everything to clear it up....water changes, my sump has a filter sock that gets changed every 2-3 days and I have 2 separate chambers in the sump just filled with floss. Any ideas?

There are many different kinds of shrimp that are given the generic name "ghost shrimp", so it's possible that it is a different kind of ghost shrimp than you are used to.

Is your tank newly setup or has the cloudiness been ongoing for several months?

That shrimp was sold to me as an Amano shrimp from my lfs. I went to another and more reputable lfs and bought 2 Amano shrimp that are nothing like this one.
As for the tank it has been running for about a month. It was cloudy the first couple days then it became very clear. I changed socks and had to rearrange some plants. It became cloudy again and has not cleared up at since and that was about 3 weeks ago.

RE: the shrimp, it looks exactly like my ghost shrimp that I got from PetSmart. There are a few different kinds of shrimp sold as ghost shrimp, but that looks exactly like the variety I have. Amano shrimp don't have the humped back like that one has, to my knowledge, and tend to grow a little larger, and frequently have spots along their sides. My vote is that guy is a ghost shrimp, and if the other shrimp you have are more straight backed, and a little larger/ possibly a little spotted, those are amano shrimp.

Yeah, that shrimp is definitely not an amano.

Did you wash your gravel thoroughly before setting this tank up? If it was covered in dusty debris that settled for a while then moving things around could have brought the debris back intothe water column.

Yes I cleaned it. I have about 7 bags of fluorite and 2 bags of fluorescent gravel. But you would think that after the water has gone through the filter sock and 2 chambers of filter floss it would start to clear up.
After I bought the 2 (actual) Amano shrimp I kind of figured I was taken by that lfs. I will never buy livestock from them again. Been trying to buy some online but Drs F&s want way to much for delivery. Would love to have some RCS but I think they will just be a meal for my fish.

That is a American ghost shrimp. They are found in rivers in Florida. They are very common in pet stores, easy to breed, and they are a perfect community shrimp that are harmless to other shrimps and small fish. Please note that you should not keep them with fish over 4 inches.
