Hey everyone,

instead of getting a 150 like i previously posted, i'm going with a 120. that size fits better with the layout of the room i'm putting it in. anyway, just wanted to hear your thoughts on what to put in a 120. I already have a Jack Dempsey that's about 3 years old.

I'm tentatively thinking a convict and a firemouth, and a pleco. but would love to hear your ideas. perhaps a school of something and some angelfish would go well?

convicts are good to mix with, they breed alot and are aggressive your firemouths would do fine with a jack but green terrors would be great to

What about a small group of angels or perhaps silver dollars? would they fair okay? or maybe i'd be better served with a large school of giant danios?

okay, after doing some research, i think i'm going to go with the following for a new 120g:

1 Jack Dempsey
1 Severum
1 possibley 2 Firemouths
1 Red Tailed Shark
6 Silver dollars
1 Pleco.

that stock seems solid. make sure your pleco isn't that old common one that grows over 2ft

the pleco would be fine the red tail shark might become a treat for the jack
