Ok, I revived this tank from the dead about 3 weeks ago and seems to be doing good. During this time a plant sprouted and produced this... i dont know how. Also this fish. the cory looking one.. can anyone identify it. cuz i know cories usually dont get that big. so heres link to video. srry bout quality

thanxi figured it was that but the pet store had it labeled as green cory when i bought it. and when i had other bronzes in there they didnt stay together with that one. any idea on plant though. i know I didnt get that much video on it.

I think it sprouted in 3 weeks i aint sure. It mighta been in there before but i never saw it. The tank went through a denial period when i gave my turtle to my uncle and i thought all the fish i had in there were dead, the tank was dark green for weeks and i couldnt see anything. I was most surprised when i went to dump it that there was a cory alive.. I felt so bad =(
 
Alot of stores like Petsmart etc... label those cories as Emerald Green Cories.
 
That's not a cory - the dorsal fin is too long. It's a Brochis splendens aka Emerald Catfish which is quite commonly mislabeled as a cory.
