identify please.

ok a couple of weeks ago i went the a FS and seen this fish which caught my eye in a (mixed malawian) tank i thought it looked a bit like a zebra of some sort and the lady in the store said it was a zebra aswell, sorry for the poor quality he is hard to get pics of. what do you think?

That is definately not an Ice Blue at all. That is an Albino Zebra.

looks like a blue zebra to me.
