My 3yo daughter loves to play in the toilet, so I gotta keep the door locked, but she is also potty trained( howver very stubborn about it) but shes a kid.

Wait till he dives into the fish tank or gives the fish people food, thats the fun part.

if he isn't even three, it sounds like he needs better supervision and discipline from your parents. I don't think reason will get you very far. A better choice would be diversion. It sounds like he is craving your attention, maybe when he is being annoying you could try sitting down and reading him a board book or doing a puzzle instead of getting frustrated. To him, attention is attention be it negative or positive.

that's what i was thinking. he sounds like a normal two year old getting into things because no one is supervising him. he needs someone to play with him and keep him busy. he is still pretty much a baby.
if he is left to his own devices for long enough he will find much grosser, weirder and more annoying things to do. if your parents don't have the time/desire to give him the attention and supervision he needs maybe they should send him to daycare

I dont think any of us can critique the parenting of this kid so I dont think its necessary to jump to conclusions that the girls parents need to send the boy to day care.

could be worse. when my sister was 1 she hit he in the head with a wooden block. HARD. keep in mind i was 4 at the time. few years later she bit me and drew blood. luckily being 10 shes learned to fake cry to get me in trouble. :werd:
