Sorry, I am usa also. I wish I could offer some extra words of wisdom instead I am pretty new to a planted tank! But I will say, thank you for starting this thread, and to those who posted, thank you for all the info. It is very useful to me!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I will post pictures when it arrives. I have also been looking at a UV setup to attach to one of my filters, and thinking about substrate, stocking etc. What a headache, but an enjoyable one.

powerkit, goodluck with your planted tank and I agree their has been some exceptional information supplied. Well heres hoping some of the Aussies can help with some info on lighting.
