Marineland all the way.

i went wet/dry's on all my tank and like them so much better than i did any canister. but if i still had tanks under 55G i would use HOT magnums.

I'm an eheim man through and through.

For the past few years, I've been on the Pro II series, but lately I've started to go back to the Classics. For the money, the classic is pretty friggin' awesome.

I have to agree. I use 2 Rena filters on my 90 and 1 eheim classic on my 75 and the classic needs less maintenance all round and keeps the tank cleaner. I would rather clean the Rena though because it much easier access (and cheaper). But when it comes down to it, the 2 Renas will never compare the 1 Eheim.

eheim classics rule! I love mine, and i am looking to buy another. AWESOME filter.

Well since I seem to be the only Generic/Store brand vote I will throw my $.02 in Sunsun cheap but have worked wonders for me.....

ACs for HOB, but I voted Eheim since I only have the canister running and I LOVE it!

I'm running a Marineland C-360 combined with a Mag 350. The mag is the poo collector while the C-360 is the carbon holder. Great combo for my goldfish. Keeps the water crystal clear.

On the smaller tanks with the HOB's I just run whatever I find the cheapest. I've got a Whisper that has run constantly for 9 years now. It's loud and noisy but it works like a charm. It's in the garage so the noise doesn't bother me. I'm not even sure what the two I've got on the 10 gallons are.
