FC most if not all chain hotels require you to be 18 if not 21 to check into a room. Im not sure if they make special arangements but you would have to have your mom call them to find out a head of time. You may be able to find an independent place to let you check in. Have fun in o'hare that place is huge and sucks. Wait till you see how far the commuter plane terminals are from the commercial ones. I had about a half hour walk when I flew into springfield.
 
Last time I was at OHare I had a layover that was like 5 mins long and my BF and I actually had to RUN in order to catch our flight and were even chastised by the ticket taker that they coulda gave our seats to someone else. I can tell you, it's not fun running thru and airport that huge with a 1 year old.
 
Ooh, sounds like fun! Too soon to know for sure, but just let me know details as it gets closer and I'll see if I can and make it.
 
We are looking at getting together about noon on 10/7. I'll pm directions to those who are coming nearer to the date. Rowangel, are you in CAFE? I've nevere been to one of the auctions, but have heard they are nice.

Fishcatch..I'd pick you up at the Peoria airport, but am not going near O'Hare.
 
We've decided to cancel for the 7th. No one from out of town could make it that day, and us locals will be seeing each other on Oct 21 at the local fish clubs auction anyway.
We'll try for spring/summer next year!
