The portion of this picture I'm referring to is the brain looking thing on this fish's stomach.

It's like a bubble.

Thoughts?

Is this fish new to your tank or have you had it and just noticed this issue?

My opinion FWIW is that it appears the fish may be a siamese twin and the round portion is the 'twin' that is still attached to the fish as you can see scales and fins.

Can you get a clearer pic of the portion directly attached to the bottom of the fish above the round portion?
