Turn on the electric mixer, Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy

Merry Christmas :-) Sounds like fun. I'm helping my girlfriend make eggrolls for a christmas party we're attending tomorrow night, and I've got plenty of Sam Adams, Rum, and Jack to get me through it :-), Merry Merry Christmas to all!!!

when you cook with alcohol, doesn't all of the mind-altering effects of it get cooked out or something?

i do believe that is a correct assumption
