I'm cycled! Hooray!

To all newbies, or those returning to the hobby and doing it right this time (like me), it may take a while, but it really does happen - eventually the tank will cycle. 6 weeks for me, for the record. PATIENCE!

So I waited a few days, and then bought two small guppies yesterday to start a very gradual stocking. This morning, one of them was missing! Guess where he was? IN THE FILTER!

Ever seen this with a little bity guppy? My filter is strong and running full blast. Was quite a surprise! (He's fine by the way!)

This happens, fish that love the current fight so hard to get to the source, they end up going into the filter. I wouldn't expect damage to the fish, seeing as they do this all the time and don't be surprised if you find this one in there again and again

I always have at least one of my Danios in my 30g in the internal filter! They quite like it in there!
