could you be adding to much? i never used excel so i am not sure if it has the same effect as co2 gas.

yeah i think i have been adding too much. im going to try cutting out the excel to see where the CO2 levels settle at. when the CO2 reactor needs topping up (about 2 months away) i think ill half the amount of yeast to see what effect that will have.
