i'm quite new to tis website and saw a post sayin tat ghost shrimp can eat the algaes and it'll be gone for good cause my yamato shrimps and SAE din do any good to the algae invasion... but after puttin the ghost shrimps 4 hours ago.. now my yamato shrimps turn upside down.. is there some fights goin on..!!? can yamato and ghost shrimps be mixed..? cause i realli need to knoe..!~

ghost shrimp(not so good)...Algae eatring shrimps!!! they have a pronounced stripe in their backs & are strong enough to rip the algae off surfaces but not glass they use the algae on the sides & back to gain their footing.you need ottos & sae's for plants glass & some decor & aes's for the decor plants& some of the substrate. As for your yammato shrimps im not sure unless they are another name for algae eating shrimps or ghost shrimps .Theres a definite stripe on the ones you want compaired to ghost shrimps, but watch that the front feelers don't look fuzzy clawed or net webbed or you have yet other shrimps altogether.Cardina is a diverse species! The one you want is cardina japronica almost like ghost shrimp but darker

ok.. i check everything abt the dead of my yamatos.. manage to save 5.. and the shrimps i bought is ghost shrimps.. the dead is cause of the chemical in the plants i jx bought.. i was told by the fish shop tat some farms put chemical in the plants so tat the snails tat eat the plants will die.. but unfortunateli.. its also double effect on the shrimps.. as it also kills the shrimps.. i transfer the yamatos to my breedin tank..

i also would like to knoe how to breed yamato.. cause i jx cun get them to mate.. wad conditions and other necessary conditions i need to make den feel at ease to mate..?

thnx for replyin anywayx..
