Your tank definitely has some stocking issues...
Columbians- will get too large as adults and should be kept in brackish conditions at least when they mature
Goldfish- what temp is the tank?
guppies/mollies/swords- keep an eye on when they start breeding so you don't get a population explosion
pleco- which species?
CAE- not a good fit for a community tank as they can get aggressive when older
neons- definitely should be in groups of at least 6-8 when you have the space. Also possible snacks for the "sharks"
