Thanks for the help,

The fish seem to be doing better after a week of copper treatment in the Quarantine tank. I have also decreased the salinity to 1.014 which I will gradually increase prior to putting the fish back in the main tank. They still have 3 weeks in quarantine tank though.

PS. The problem looked like ICH

Great news Joe.
For the benefit of everyone reading, what types of fish do you have? What was the first symptom you noticed which led you to suspect ich?

I first noticed my Rusty Angelfish swimming in the airstone bubbles and rubbing on the rocks. Then I noticed white "stuff" (for lack of a better word) on his side. Then I noticed my yellow tail damsel rubbing on the rocks. I tried treating the tank with a parasite treatment and the the Rusty angel died. Then my Watchman goby stopped swimming around or eating much. So I transfered all the remaining fish to the quarantine tank, with copper treatment. The four remaining fish are 1 Yellow tail blue damsel, 1 Cinnamon clown fish, 1 Long nosed hawkfish, 1 watchman goby.
I took my fish off the signature because nearly everytime I posted someone told me I had picked the wrong fish type etc.
