Well I want to make my 29 gallon planted but i am unable to find a light fixture reasonably priced that gives me enough light. I don't want much so 30-60w is good. anyone know of a place where i can get something like that?

ebay, get an old flourescent fixture, strip it, and replace the bulbs with CFLs, great lighting, dirt cheap!

ehh im not very good with electrical stuff. bumpity bump

thanks i think i'll go with the coralife looks like just what i need.

what are you trying to do? i have a coralife fixture like that but t5 which i think is better. another option where it will be a little short but still will work.

+1 T5HO is the way to go.

I regret buying Coralife fixtures, I eventually replaced all that I had, the reflectors are junk.

aquatraders has cheap lights but you get what you pay for some say I have a few of there bulbs dont last as long as name brand bulbs but cheap and do the same growth 24 inch power compact would work and relitively cheap or cout go with off brand t5s that are t6s lol they work tho
