In what states are Marbled Crayfish illegal in?

You can shortly add Pennsylvania to the list. I shudder to think how many criminals I associate with...........

Beware that even if your state lists only certain species of crays as illegal, if your local Fish and Game chapter is called out to your place, they won't bust out the microscope or ID list to check out your tanks. They'll just nuke them. A friend of mine decided to sell his marbleds, and while they were legal where he was, other crays were not, and he lost every tank of them, had to go to court, and pay some high fees.
