Interesting Discovery

I have come to the conclusion through trial and much error that aquarium sealer does not bond nearly as well with "fuel line" tubing as it does with plain old plastic air tubing. I spent the better part of this morning wondering why I wasn't getting enough CO2 out of a brand new bottle of DIY CO2....changed my feeder line back to the plastic stuff and it's pumping like mad. Has anyone else experienced this phenomena? No leaks!!!!

Once again Tempest, you are my hero. I read about them and started checking the Tower hobby stores in the area for them with no success. It didn't even dawn on me to look on line. Thank You.......again......
BTW, I'm out of my blackout and most of the Black Beard Algae is gone. I'm dosing as per Tom Barr(isn't everybody), and am getting pH readings in the mid 6's so hopefully the plants will be happy and out-compete the algae for the nutrients.
