Hi guys. What have your experiences been? I have five old black skirt tetras. (30 gallon tank). They are the only ones in the tank and I would like to add several more after QT this time. When I had green tiger barbs and added new ones, the old ones ignored the young ones. Then they all died, ich. The black skirts survived the salt treatment two months ago. Will they ignore new ones? Will they be stressed by new ones and die?
When I added more white clouds to my tank afew months back they seemed to just join in the school for afew days then they went to their own parts of the tank like the others unless they got spooked. Same with the 3 neons I added to help out the lone survivor I had left from neon tetra desease. I think once they establish a pecking order everything should be normal.

Thanks Neo. I was wondering if anyone would respond! I am very sorry about Max. As you can tell, I love my cats dearly. In fact, one is standingnext to me, constantly walking across the keyboard. It is so hard to lose someone you love, but he is waiting patiently for you. Again, thanks for your input.
