Rachel, this is very unfortunate news but I can only fathom your distress, disappointment, and frustration with this predicament. Do you think it might've been the water when you were doing water changes? I do hope you are able to figure out the root of the neon troubles.
In regards to my order; I can definitely wait and have a higher respect for you for being able to assess the ill situation and make such a difficult decision to postpone shipping. I do hope this does not affect your upcoming Thanksgiving festivities.
