I am sorry if my bias offends you. I dont believe that this is propaganda since it is just one persons flash video website. I guess it is very very biased but I have read the facts and frankly after all the info we are recieving now about the EPA doctoring reports I am not really eager to take any "government sponsored" study on the effects or uranium to heart. OF COURSE A STUDY FROM THE DEPLOYMENT HEALTH ORGANIZATION WOULD WANT TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECTS OF DU! I guess I am kind of going on a conspiracy theory rant so sorry! :duh: anyone who wants to see other videos go to the guys site he actually has some funny parodies not just the sad stuff.

Lol, somebody mentioned not trusting the EPA and others, I don't trust ANY government. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those anti-government militia types, I beleive we should respect the government, but we should also hold it 100% accountable, via voting, phone calls to elected officials and their offices, protests, etc... I just trust 0% any government organization. Most are crooked in at least some major way, and the ones that aren't usually prove to be incompetant. The local Department of Motor Vehicles in SC proves that last one to a tee.

That's why I support Bush in privitizing Social Security. ASK ANY MILITARY PERSONNEL if they would prefer to be treated with surgury in a private hospital, like you and me, or in a military hospital. The Gov't can't do much right on it's own, so PRIVITIZE IT!!! That's the beauty of a free enterprise system. Darwin was absolutely wrong about biology in evolution, but it applies quite well to economy in a capitolist environment, survival of the fittest. And it ain't the govt!

I agree that gov't should not institutionalize religion. However, morals have always been based on religion where society and religion intersect. The "behavioral" Commandments "thou shalt not kill, lie, steal, commit adultry, etc..." are what I'm talking about. Morals have absolutely no basis without religion backing it, or you wind up with a culture war like we have in America with people killing their own unborn babies in the name of convenience, men marrying men, and Micheal Jackson and OJ Simpson running free.

I agree with you on the MJ and OJ thing. However the other issues you mentioned could get other people riled up. I personally disagree with abortion, unless the pregnancy is resulted from rape, incest, or if the mother's health is at stake. I agree with though, that some do it out of convenience and I don't blame you for how you feel.
The issue of *** marriage is something that hits close to home for me, since someone in my family is ***. Now, I think if two people, two human beings, two souls truly love and cherish eachother, they should be able to be together. I know I may not change your own opinions, but I just wanted to tell you how I felt since it was mentioned. No hard feelings really, actually I'm starting to like the people here.

yeah I am sure it isn't german produced. I think this guy is just some american who runs a site and he happens to be a little extreme even for my tastes. I regret putting up that video (no more drunken posting for me...) It is really very manipulative in that it shows you images to make you have a gut reaction to something that we should look at logically. he is very funny though. you might think the SIGNALS one is interesting 125gJoe, http://www.ericblumrich.com/gif/vc_01.gif since you started this by talking about Iran. it kind of shows how the administration is using the same kinds of jargon and fear tactics to get us convinced we need to go to Iran as a military force. whatever happened to diplomacy.... *sigh* ah well!

Yes, you are right. I started the Topic to point out how important this is.

As fas as "diplomacy" with Dictators, well history will prove it doesn't work.

It can be proven diplomacy has been attempted to no avail ... So, other methods prove to work - for the most part...
