iridescent shark question

Hey there! I got an iridescent shark and it has a cut on its side. I'm not sure if its just a scrape or if its going to get worse. Should I bring it back to the store? Maybe I can treat it? Thanks

what size tank do you have? When did you get the fish? What else is in the tank fishwise?

If you're not so attached to the fish yet, might as well take it back to the store if they are willing to take it.

I got it last night. There is only one other iridescent shark in there with it. I called and they said they would take it back but I feel terrible about it. My dad said it could become a problem...arg

very fast...some species will get to 3 feet while others will get to 9
