Iron Stands

Anyways, my 55 gallon tank is on an angle iron stand. Yes it most certainly is top heavy. Its well built to the point where the tank wont come crashing down, but I would try to secure it to the wall or put additional weight on the bottom so it doesnt rock back and forth.

Yes, if you can. GCVT had a link to a wall tether system thing that was made to hold TVs and things to the wall in earthquake country
