i got a tank and the inhabitants are listing on my signiture would it bee too much heat for all my fish?
Is 24 Degrees too much 4 this tank?

24*C is too cold for those fish, Kill a Watt. That's only 75*F. They need to be at around 79*F or 26-27*C.

A little on the cold side for the Kribs, but still acceptable, a bit warm for the White Cloud Mountain Minnows, make sure you're getting plenty of oxygen in there, it'll make life easier for them. Will be fine for the rest.... If you take the minnows out at some stage the other fish will probably be a bit happier with another degree or two
