Delawhere?
a 75G tank with a black cabinet stand and matching wood canopy, lights, penguin 350 filter, a magnum 350 filter that needs new rubber seals, air pump, air stone, 2 heaters, fake cave and fake plants, hard water pillow, rocks, and fine particle filter? It's posted on craigslist without pics or specifics, but the owner e-mailed me a pic and it looks nice (I tried to download the file here but it won't for some reason). I know it would be a great deal if everything was brand new, but I'm not sure about in the "used" world.

Sounds a little high for me and my area, unless the stuff is extremely new.

I agree. May be worth buying all new, or finding a better deal on just a used tank/stand and getting new equiment? You wouldnt want to end up getting crappy filters or anything that would need to be replaced anyways...

too bad you don't live in TN! we have a place here that you can get a 90 gallon for cheaper than that new!

I would agree....that sure is a lot for that size tank. There are some really nice deals on craigslist, and this cant compare.

lower it to 200 dollars and see if there's interest.

bahaha im a newb to all the fish keeping lol so im not really that good for advice i just felt like putting down a post thing for no reason

You can do better. Hold out. I know it's hard. lol.

After 3 months of waiting for a good deal i ended up finding 3 55 Gallon tanks with lights and hood, 6 heaters (2 of them didn't work though), 3 air pumps, a PYTHON, a BUNCH of gravel, and all the rest of this guys junk he didn't need (nets, algae scrubber, breeding traps, meds, food) for $125. And he was so happy that i took everything that he ended up giving it to me for $100 when i got there.

Not to mention there are a lot of FREE tanks on here, you just gotta log in ever 20 minutes because by the time i get to email its already gone.
