Hi Friends,

Just wanted to know if using a flexible bubble wand is completely safe for the aquarium. I'm asking this because I guess a flexible wand has to have a metal strip or a wire inside it, which makes it flexible and assume any required shape - so is'nt it unsafe to let this metal wire always remain in the tank water and that too in s situation where water in constantly circulated around it (because of the aeriation)

Kindly guide me friends...

yes its safe they sell them for aquariums in my LFS's

Hi there !

Thanks for the kind reply... I plan to make it sit inside my Filter Basket (on my top filter) to aeriate the Bio Media - Substrat Pro. So is the metal wire inside the wand safe ? Wont it leech stuff in to the water and change the chemistry ?

Kindly guide me...

well since they make them and sell them to use in aquariums i would say they are safe as long as you dont cut on them or anything. get one and give it a go be nice if u can post pics after your done.

Hi again !

Will surely post the pics as soon as its done. Thanks for caring and for the kindness...
