Id start with the cardinals first.
Then the kuhlis.
Then the rams.
Decide if the rams are good enough to make the tank feel complete, and if not then add the gourami.
Few reasons.
1) kuhlis are shy so if added first you may not actually see them for awhile and that may be boring while waiting to add the rest. Cardinals give you something more active up top to enjoy while you wait.
2) kuhlis need a more mature setup rather than freshly cycled, so waiting a little bit longer for them would be good, but same time I'd add the kuhlis before the ram just to err on the side of caution in case the ram is territorial on the bottom level, if added before, the ram may feel the kuhlis are invading his space, rather than him joining their space.
