back to the origanal question:

i am SO dumb! there was a pull out thingy (on the bottle) that says my readings!
(this is the first ive done it today so they might not be perfect)

If those are the true numbers, which i seriously doubt given the inaccuracy of test strips, the answer to your question is NO you are not cycled.

Master kit is the for SURE way to go. As far as Bumble bee gobies, they are truly brackish fish, but commercial retailers just throw them in with everything else. If you get a brackish one, you can convert it dong a slow freshwater drip.
 
let it go at least a week or two if you can and give it time you dont do it right now and it will just be a constant battle to get it right and things will always wack out for instance your foggy water ive never had a tank thats cycling go foggy
