I have a 45 gallon tank that will likely be overstocked (about 2 dozen fish 2inches to 7 inches). I am preparing with 2 Fluval FX5's and 2 AC110s. Is there any danger in this? If you go by the company numbers, the turnover rate is 52x per hour (925gph and 500gph, respectively, each). I am concerned abotu waterflow problems - actually, I don't even know what these are - can someone elaborate and let me know if their might be any problems? What if I switched it to a 110 gallon tank (~26x turnover rate)?
