I have a guppy and a neon tetra which their body shape change, from mid part becoming curve (just like a shrimp).
Is it some kinda disease or injured by other fish?

fish tb is not real common.

often times the curved spine is a result of connective tissue damage from parasitic presence.

it can be genetic as well. sort of odd to have two different species with the same genetic problem in your tank.

if you suspect TB in a tank make certain to wear gloves and not expose your skin to the water--especially if you have any cuts or wounds.

Good point!

After doing some reading, unfortunately, it seems that once TB has gotten that far along, there is no cure. All the sites I looked at all said prevention is the best way to go. so for KoLo's sake, I hope it's not TB.

Is fish TB really transmittable to humans? If so, that kind of puts fish-keeping in a different (more sinister) perspective for me.

There's no sign of skin defects, blood spots or wounds, but I think the curved is from the skeleton that I do not know what's wrong with it.
When I feed them they seems normal, no loss of appetite just sluggish movement.
I tried taking photos to show but unfortunately it turn out bad.
Don't have those good cameras.

geez, I asked a fish physiologist if there were any illnesses I should worry about getting from handling fish at work, and he said none basically. Or if I was healthy, he wouldn't worry about it. But I get cuts and scrapes all the time from the fish (spiny buggers) and I'd probably get an infection easily then. Grr. It's just not convenient to put on gloves all the time when I'm handling dozens of fish out in the field.

Well, it just goes to show how "amateur hobbyists" can acrue more useful information than professionals.

As for KoLo, it doesn't seem like TB since they're not exhibiting any other signs of illness. I think Sully's right and that it may be some kind of funky parasite. Have no idea how you'd go about treating it, tho. :(
