Is it stupid to get inside?

My tank weighs about 340 lbs dry, its not very easy to shift without intentionally moving the tank.

ummmm i would have to say no way would i get inside

why not just ask a friend who can reach into it to do it for you that would be the safest way in my mind '

i think the chance of glass cracking would be ever so slight but man if that baby pops forget about the tank what about yourself glass like that makes a mean mean cut

i would vote for getting a mini step ladder use a extended algae scrubber and a cheap wet dry vac to take out the liquid

I would do it, just be sure that the tank is on the stand properly. I totally agree with sploke on this.

I am going to say NO NO NO lol get someone to help you lift it down and lift it back up glass is unpredictable stuff or put a handle on a scrubbing brush im sure you will figure out a way but you would NEVER see me stand on glass (apprentice glazier)

probably nothing.. thinking he added water just to show that if it does crack it would leak.. no leaks = no damage

ok cool that was a cool vid but personally there is no way i would get inside of a tank but then again im 6' 4.5"

if you do get inside may your tank not crack or break and may it look grand when you done with it
