Water parameters? How often do you change water/ how much water?
Tank mates
Any plants? What kind of filtering?
How long has she been like this?
Are her scales popping out, or is she just fat looking... she could be pregnant.

thanks tank size 24x12x18 water change yesterday mollie just fat looking in tank are 3 male guppies 1 female black mollie 6 neons and mollie nitrite tested ok

mollie now has red motions seems that everything she eats is going straight through as if she is not digesting food yesterday motions where like brine shrimp today red like the colour of the flakes she had getting quite worried now please help
