Woops! must missed 3PPM but still nothing to be alarmed about if pH near neutral or lower. Check the pH first before tempting possibly unnecessary wc.
DOnt know if NH3 is still present and if pH is higher than 7.4, should perform small but frequent water changes.
Hard to imagine normal tank that has fish for 7 weeks registers any NH3 at this time. At such time one should usually see end of second phase of nitrification if not already completed. UNLESS added decent amt of fish recently other than barb.
Anyway, do complete set of tests, use liquid test kits when possible, before determining any actions.
